Registration is closed! Please do not register now unless you have already been given permission by a CFED organizer to do so!

If you are interested in being a sponsor or vendor at Central Florida Earth Day, please complete the online Vendor Packet. If you have any questions after reading the Vendor Packet, please call Larry Rumbough at 321-331-1859. Please do not call until AFTER you have read the Vendor Packet. New vendors should contact us before registering.

Deadline for applications is March 31, 2013. Please complete your application as soon as possible. Certain categories of vendors have closed and will close. Late applications may be accepted if space is available, but those vendors will not be listed in the Earth Day Info Guide printed in the Orlando Sentinel Going Green section on April 12, 2013.

We strongly suggest that you register for a tent space as shade for table spaces can not be guaranteed. Please do not ask for electricity unless you really need it; electricity is only available in certain areas in the park.

Please note that the massage table or chair rate is exclusively for licensed massage therapists and the nonprofit rates are exclusively for registered nonprofit organizations. Please do not under any circumstances sign up as an animal rescue group unless you are actually an animal rescue group. Artists should contact the Artist Corner coordinator Maria Bolton-Joubert before registering.

Vendor orientations at the park will happen on the following days and times (subject to change): Monday, April 1 at 5:00 p.m.; Thursday, April 4 at 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, April 6 at 6:00 p.m.; Monday, April 8 at 5:00 p.m.; Thursday, April 11 at 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, April 13 at 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.; and Monday, April 15 at 5:00 p.m. Vendors, especially new ones, are strongly encouraged to attend a vendor orientation.

Share your information with thousands of Earth Day attendees! Place an ad in the Earth Day program, several thousand of which will be printed (on recycled paper) for attendees. Advertisers will be listed as contributors on the Earth Day website and in the Earth Day program. They may also provide their brochures and business cards for distribution at Earth Day Central at no additional cost. Sponsors receive an ad as part of their package. Ads are black & white. The deadline to submit your ad is April 12, 2013.

Central Florida Earth Day is seeking volunteers for the day of the event! People are needed to set up and break down; to staff Earth Day Central; to assist speakers, musicians, food vendors, etc.; to help at the Environmental and Humane Education Centers and the Earth Kids Zone; to distribute the Earth Day info guide and other literature; and various assorted tasks.

Volunteers are greatly appreciated and will receive several benefits! To volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Application. If you have any questions after reading the application, please contact Earth Day volunteer coordinator Jessi VanPelt at Jessi@CFEarthDay.org or 407-925-7269.

The event will feature a raffle with all proceeds going to animal rescue groups at the Animal Haven. If you are interested in donating a raffle prize, please complete the Raffle Form. Individual vendors at Earth Day will also be holding raffles and drawings.
