The Earth Day online vendor packet will be available soon. If you have any questions after reading the vendor packet, please call (321) 331-1859. Please do not call until AFTER you have read the vendor packet. New vendors should contact us before signing up.

Deadline for applications is March 31, 2012. Please complete your application as soon as possible. Late applications may be accepted if space is available, but those vendors will not be listed in the Earth Day Info Guide printed in the Orlando Sentinel on April 13, 2012.

Please note that the massage table or chair rate is exclusively for licensed massage therapists and the nonprofit rates are exclusively for registered nonprofit organizations.

The map of vendor locations and a spreadsheet of vendor assignments will be posted here before the event.

Share your information with thousands of Earth Day attendees! Place an ad in the Earth Day program, several thousand of which will be printed (on recycled paper) for attendees. Advertisers will be listed as contributors on the Earth Day website and in the Earth Day program. They may also provide their brochures and business cards for distribution at Earth Day Central at no additional cost. Sponsors receive an ad as part of their package. Ads are black & white. The deadline to submit your ad is April 16, 2012.

Central Florida Earth Day is seeking volunteers for the day of the event! People are needed to set up and break down; to staff Earth Day Central; to assist speakers, musicians, food vendors, etc.; to help at the Environmental and Humane Education Centers and the Earth Kids Zone; to distribute the Earth Day info guide and other literature; and various assorted tasks.

The event will feature a raffle with all proceeds going to animal rescue groups at the Animal Haven. If you are interested in donating a raffle prize, please download the Raffle Form (coming soon). Individual vendors at Earth Day will also be holding raffles and drawings.
